Ferbeck International is a company specialized in Engineering Procurement and Construction of concrete chimneys, silos, solar tower, steel stacks.

It is also specialized in inspection, maintenance and modification of existing chimneys.

Ferbeck was originally established in 1846 in Aachen and since then it has been active in the chimneys market.

The Company is run by specialists that where part of the international division of Ferbeck Industrial Chimneys. In January 2017, the LTT Group decided to incorporate Ferbeck International to better serve with a dedicated structure the demands of international clients.

Ferbeck is developing in house design and is able to supply turnkey solutions, select the most adequate technical and commercial solution to the specific conditions of the project.

Activity:

• Design of concrete chimneys, silos, solar tower, steel stacks. This includes thermos flue dynamical, structural, mechanical and electrical study;

• Procurement of the most adequate material required for the above structures;

• Construction of concrete chimneys, silos, solar tower with slipforming method and with heavy lifting system, so as of steel stacks;

• Inspection services on existing chimneys with special rope access technique, with hot & cold video inspection and with thermography;

• Maintenance, repairs and modifications of existing steel and concrete chimneys;

• Design, procurement and installation of dampers and silencers;

• Design and application of Venturi system on stacks;

• Thermal loss calculation;

• On site assistance.
